d. Approve Amendment No. 1 to agreement with Ferguson Enterprises for as-needed water meters in the additional amount of $100,000 for Fiscal Year 2017-18 in accordance with the approved budget Recommendation: Approve
f. Professional Services Agreement with lonex SG Ltd. to provide Chromium-6 treatment operations and maintenance services for a not-to-exceed amount of $225,000 for three (3) years Recommendation: Approve
g. Authorize the release of the surety bonds, accept a Bill of Sale from Terra Lago Indio, LLC (K. Hovnanian Homes) and authorize the Certificate of Acceptance for Terra Lago East, Tracts 32341-2, 32462, and 32462-3, located east of Golf Center Parkway and north of Avenue 44 Recommendation: Authorize and Accept
