a.    February 6, 2018 Regular Joint Meeting Indio Water Authority/City Council Minutes Recommendation: Approve

b.    Warrants Recommendation: Receive/File

c.    Consolidation agreement between Indio Water Authority, Boe Del Heights Mutual Water Association, and Waller Tract Mutual Water Association Recommendation: Approve

d.    Approve Amendment No. 1 to agreement with Ferguson Enterprises for as-needed water meters in the additional amount of $100,000 for Fiscal Year 2017-18 in accordance with the approved budget Recommendation: Approve

e.    Amendment No. 1 to the existing professional services agreement with Etech-360, Inc. for a not to exceed amount of $185,000 Recommendation: Approve

  

f.     Professional Services Agreement with lonex SG Ltd. to provide Chromium-6 treatment operations and maintenance services for a not-to-exceed amount of $225,000 for three (3) years Recommendation: Approve

g.    Authorize the release of the surety bonds, accept a Bill of Sale from Terra Lago Indio, LLC (K. Hovnanian Homes) and authorize the Certificate of Acceptance for Terra Lago East, Tracts 32341-2, 32462, and 32462-3, located east of Golf Center Parkway and north of Avenue 44 Recommendation: Authorize and Accept

 

5.    ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS:

 

a.        Independent auditor’s report and Indio Water Authority’s Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2016/17 Recommendation: Receive/File
